Kahala 312 was perfect for a reunion of friends. Comfortable place, beautiful grounds, and a short walk to the beach for turtle sightings. Be sure to seek out the Maha'ulepo Heritage Trail for rugged coastline views. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this place again. Mahalo.

We have stayed at this condo for several years. The location is excellent - so close to the pool, beach and Kalapaki Joes. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and in the kitchen. We especially appreciated the wagon that helped haul our stuff down to the beach and the 2 beach chairs and the beach umbrella in great condition. There are also 2 foam surfboards, boogie boards and sand toys. The sunsets from the condo are beautiful! Vicky was very responsive when we needed her!

We loved our stay in Kahala 312. The size of our condo was perfect for my husband and I and our two teens (16 and 19). The place came equipped with everything we could need including a fully stocked kitchen, coolers for our day trips, and all the stuff you need to enjoy the nearby beach and snorkling. We spent lots of time on the lanai relaxing and enjoying the constant breezes and beautiful scenery. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This condo is a great location with a short walk to the beach. The lower level provides great accessibility as I was traveling with my father who is physically disabled. The kitchen was fully stocked and accommodations were very comfortable! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling!

We had a hard time, finding the property initially, as the written directions stop short at the last, but most crucial part of getting there. And we could not get in touch with the office quickly, in order to ask for directions. Because as overseas visitors, we only had a travel SIM card for data, and could not reach standard phone lines. So we had to stop at a resort hotel, in order to ask them for further information. They did not know the exact location either. We drove around in our hire car for two hours, before finally getting lucky.
The next day, I set out to find their office in Koloa myself, so I could talk to them in person. Finding it was yet another ordeal, as it is well hidden in a back alleyway and not at the address given; it took half an hour of walking around and asking various shop assistants, if they knew the Poipu 365 office location.
However, once I found them, Cher and her colleague were really helpful and accommodating. They took my suggestions on board, and have since established a WhatsApp channel for visitors without a local SIM card and thus without local phone line access.
The accommodation is very old, but everything worked as intended. A blocked drain was fixed swiftly and without fuss. The beach was easily accessible on foot, just a couple of minutes away. The carpark was just outside the unit. The whole stay was a real treat.
All is well that ends well.

We loved our condo. The area was a short walk from a wonderful beach with both snorkeling and swimming for the whole family. The unit was clean and quiet. We would stay here again. The staff was helpful and available. Thanks to Vicky and Staff.

We are returning visitors to this condo and have it booked for next year as well. The condo has everything you could need for a stay on Kauai - the kitchen is fully stocked and there are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boggie boards, surf boards, cooler and other equipment. The location is just a 2 minute walk to Brennecke's and Poipu beaches. It also has a wonderful walking path to the Hyatt and Shipwreck beach and the Maha'ulepu hike. It's also within walking distance to the Marriott, Sheraton, Poipu Athletic Club and the Poipu Shopping Center. We have rented through Poipu365 for years and are very happy with them - they are very responsive, helpful and friendly! We can't wait for next year!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It as clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and good amenities. Just a tip that the tennis courts right next to the condo are a part of a tennis club and there is a fee. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to the nice Athletic Club. Great property!

DEPOSITS: A security damage deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent and is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
-No damage or loss to the unit or its contents, or to the grounds or common areas of condo complexes.
-All debris and rubbish are placed in the appropriate receptacles for weekly, early morning trash pick-up. Trash pick-up day is noted in the unit.
-Upon departure, the key is returned to the lock-box, the extra key is left on the kitchen counter, and the door is locked.
-No excessive cleaning is required to the unit, the grounds, or common areas of condominium complexes.
-All unpaid rent or charges are paid in full prior to departure.
-Smoking and pets are not allowed. Violation will result in detoxification expenses.
-Interest on security deposit is retained by Poipu365.
RENT: Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival and 90 days prior to arrival during the holiday season from December 15th to January 3rd and for stays of 4 weeks or longer. If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Rent must be paid in U.S. funds and are subject to state of Hawaii taxes, 4.712% General Excise Tax, 3% County tax, and 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax, *$50 Booking Damage Waiver Protection, and a Poipu Beach Athletic Club Membership at $20/Night plus tax.
*Booking Damage Waiver Protection fee is a prepaid non-refundable fee
included in a rental total price that covers accidental damages up to $3500.00.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM
LATE CHECK-OUTS: A late check-out is subject to availability at a half of the daily rate + tax, provided check-out is prior to 6:00PM; a full day rate + tax is charged for check-out after 6:00PM. All late check-outs must be arranged at least 72 hours in advance. Unscheduled late departures result in an additional charge equal to one-night rate plus tax.
POIPU BEACH ATHLETIC CLUB: Reservations include Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership at $20/night.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To obtain a full refund cancellation must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation with less than 30 days notice results in forfeiture of the service fee and 50% of the room/tax/fees.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Poipu365 highly recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance within 24 hours of your prepaid expenses to protect you against unexpected circumstances. Generali Global Travel Insurance may include coverage for losses due to sickness from COVID-19 for you or a family member. Be sure to read the travel insurance policy coverage for details.
OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number described in the reservation. Notification of additional guest occupancy must be approved by Poipu365, or risk eviction and/or termination of the rental. Poipu365’s homes are strictly family vacation homes. Weddings, receptions, baby luau’s, graduation parties, and other functions other than family vacations are restricted
HOUSEKEEPING: Professional housekeepers clean, sanitize and disinfect the property prior to arrival and after departure. Out-clean fees are collected and vary with the size of the unit. There is no daily housekeeping service
included although service is available at an additional charge. Mid-stay cleaning is necessary for all bookings more than 20 plus nights.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: Poipu365 properties are fully furnished and equipped. Prior to guest arrival, every effort is made to ensure that all equipment is in proper working order. In the event of a breakdown, Poipu365 will immediately contact repair personnel as soon as possible after being notified of a problem. There is no guarantee that spas, air conditioners, televisions, appliances, high speed, wireless internet access, etc. will not break during your stay and therefore no refunds or adjustments will be made for mechanical failure. There will also be no refunds or adjustments made for any other unexpected situation beyond Poipu 365’s control such as insects, rodents, roosters, frogs, weather, etc.
LOST KEY OR LOCK OUT: There will be a $100 charge for lock out’s and/or lost keys and pool fobs.
SECURITY: Guests are responsible for the unit and its contents, as well as for their personal property. While Poipu is a safe vacation destination, please remember to lock all doors and windows when not in residence and Poipu365 urges that they remain locked whenever possible. Lock your automobiles and put away all rental equipment.
