This is the third year consecutive year that we have stayed in the Hale Loke Cottage. We enjoy the location especially as we like to walk. The deck is a place we spend a fair amount of time for coffee & meals. It is starting to show ware. We understand the weather is hard on things. The kitchen could use more items so the diswasher doesn't need to be run so often, for example there are only 3 drinking mugs.The thing that makes us unhappy about staying at this property is paying for the Athletic Club when we never use it. I have no ideas why this is mandatory!! We have paid $985.00 for this in 3 years and never use it! It is nice to have access to the property management company if there is an issue. We did ask them about access to more TV channels for hockey games of which we were willing to pay but never heard back about this. Cher was very helpful when we needed items copied and scanned. This place is the perfect stop for southern Kauai access to beaches and almost anything! The place was clean and is great for 4 people to stay! It was great to have the garage and the deck too with the washing machine, etc.

We've stayed in Kauai with Poipu 365 several times now, both here and in other properties. It is always a great stay.
The online descriptions of the properties have always been accurate, the properties have always been clean, and the locations have always been well appointed.
On this visit, we found some minor maintenance issues upon arrival but Vicki and her team addressed them right away so we could get on with having a fantastic time on the Garden Isle.
Kauai is a very special place for our family and we try to visit every year. Poipu 365 is our first place to look for a vacation rental. We have always been happy, the Poipu 365 always takes great care of us, and we'll keep coming back.

Our vacation rental was the best. Close to the beaches, the restaurants, and shops couldn’t ask for anything else. The space was great. Everything was provided dishes, beds, blankets towels. There were also some things in the garage that could be used chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards. The office staff is great and responsive to any of our needs.

This place was perfect for our visit. We stayed 9 nights. The location was great could walk to either beach down the pathway on each side. The surrounding grounding grounds were immaculate. The place was very neat and clean. Loved having the laundry on property and was very well stocked with all our needs Thank you, can't wait to come back to visit.

We found this cottage clean and well appointed for all our own cooking. The beds were comfortable and it had a brand new air mattress as well. The Bahama chairs came in handy. The boogie boards were appreciated but probably need to be replaced every couple of months due to the amount of renter usage. A beach umbrella would be useful! The location is great for a 10 minute walk to the beaches and 10 minute drive to Koloa town. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and would stay here again! Aloha!

This cottage was perfect for my family. It looked just like the pictures. The air conditioning was nice to have. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The gym is less than a mile away. The beach closes to the cottage is just a short walk away. it does tend to get crowded. I would suggest Shipwreck beach which is about the same distance away. The beach is bigger and there are tress which is nice to have some shielding from the sun. The washing machine and dryer were very useful. While this cottage isn't right on the beach is was close enough and very quiet.

A quiet, great location easily walkable to great views and beaches. The management company was very responsive to all our needs and we couldn't have been happier with the rental.

Our overall stay was very good with no issues. We noticed a few upgrades from last year namely new living room and deck furniture. Both nice improvements. We especially like the deck on this property as we like to be outside if possible. A king size bed would be wonderful but other that that the property is well equipped.

Wonderful place! Excellent choices were made during what looked like a fairly recent remodel. Large shower in master bath. Generous supply of great quality bath towels. Nice to have several beach towels too. Seemed very clean. If the property had an ocean view it would be SO perfect! Improvement suggestions: although having beach chairs was so nice, they were in bad shape making them hard to carry. Couldn't get TV in LR to work despite following instructions. Maps of resort area did not show where pool was. But these things were minor. We would stay here again!

Immaculately clean, spacious and convenient location, right on the beautiful walkway to both major beach areas. Excellent manager who communicated promptly. We would definitely return. The Poipu Beach Club facility a definite plus for those who like opportunities to work out.... Excellent food.

This two bedroom, two bath home worked out really well for us. It was in a perfect location in sunny Poipu area between two great beaches within walking distance. Bring slippers for the tile floors. We loved the privacy with our own little yard. The slide at the Athletic Club was a favorite of our four year old grandson. It was about a mile away. The kitchen had everything we needed. Although, we prefer stainless steel pans. The beds were comfortable. The only downside for us was there was no bathtub for our little one. (Please note - the dresser in the second bedroom is broken- it’s a hazard if opened.)

DEPOSITS: A security damage deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent and is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
-No damage or loss to the unit or its contents, or to the grounds or common areas of condo complexes.
-All debris and rubbish are placed in the appropriate receptacles for weekly, early morning trash pick-up. Trash pick-up day is noted in the unit.
-Upon departure, the key is returned to the lock-box, the extra key is left on the kitchen counter, and the door is locked.
-No excessive cleaning is required to the unit, the grounds, or common areas of condominium complexes.
-All unpaid rent or charges are paid in full prior to departure.
-Smoking and pets are not allowed. Violation will result in detoxification expenses.
-Interest on security deposit is retained by Poipu365.
RENT: Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival and 90 days prior to arrival during the holiday season from December 15th to January 3rd and for stays of 4 weeks or longer. If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation will be subject to cancellation. Rent must be paid in U.S. funds and are subject to state of Hawaii taxes, 4.712% General Excise Tax, 3% County tax, and 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax, *$50 Booking Damage Waiver Protection, and a Poipu Beach Athletic Club Membership at $20/Night plus tax.
*Booking Damage Waiver Protection fee is a prepaid non-refundable fee
included in a rental total price that covers accidental damages up to $3500.00.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM
LATE CHECK-OUTS: A late check-out is subject to availability at a half of the daily rate + tax, provided check-out is prior to 6:00PM; a full day rate + tax is charged for check-out after 6:00PM. All late check-outs must be arranged at least 72 hours in advance. Unscheduled late departures result in an additional charge equal to one-night rate plus tax.
POIPU BEACH ATHLETIC CLUB: Reservations include Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership at $20/night.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To obtain a full refund cancellation must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation with less than 30 days notice results in forfeiture of the service fee and 50% of the room/tax/fees.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Poipu365 highly recommends that all travelers purchase travel insurance within 24 hours of your prepaid expenses to protect you against unexpected circumstances. Generali Global Travel Insurance may include coverage for losses due to sickness from COVID-19 for you or a family member. Be sure to read the travel insurance policy coverage for details.
OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number described in the reservation. Notification of additional guest occupancy must be approved by Poipu365, or risk eviction and/or termination of the rental. Poipu365’s homes are strictly family vacation homes. Weddings, receptions, baby luau’s, graduation parties, and other functions other than family vacations are restricted
HOUSEKEEPING: Professional housekeepers clean, sanitize and disinfect the property prior to arrival and after departure. Out-clean fees are collected and vary with the size of the unit. There is no daily housekeeping service
included although service is available at an additional charge. Mid-stay cleaning is necessary for all bookings more than 20 plus nights.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: Poipu365 properties are fully furnished and equipped. Prior to guest arrival, every effort is made to ensure that all equipment is in proper working order. In the event of a breakdown, Poipu365 will immediately contact repair personnel as soon as possible after being notified of a problem. There is no guarantee that spas, air conditioners, televisions, appliances, high speed, wireless internet access, etc. will not break during your stay and therefore no refunds or adjustments will be made for mechanical failure. There will also be no refunds or adjustments made for any other unexpected situation beyond Poipu 365’s control such as insects, rodents, roosters, frogs, weather, etc.
LOST KEY OR LOCK OUT: There will be a $100 charge for lock out’s and/or lost keys and pool fobs.
SECURITY: Guests are responsible for the unit and its contents, as well as for their personal property. While Poipu is a safe vacation destination, please remember to lock all doors and windows when not in residence and Poipu365 urges that they remain locked whenever possible. Lock your automobiles and put away all rental equipment.
